In the event of an unsuccessful application, we erase your personal application data, no more than six months after a rejection has been sent to you; in this context, application documents are destroyed. In the event of a successful application, we take the personal application data into your personnel file, to the degree that it is necessary to do so. The retention of documents in personnel files conforms with the statutory requirements.
Rights of the person concerned
With regard to the processing of your personal application data by our company, the predominant basis for your rights is Art. 15 et seq., General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
